The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on May 25th, 2018, aims to protect the fundamental right to privacy and the protection of personal data of European Union (EU) citizens.
This regulation affects any entity that processes EU citizens' personal data.
Whether or not a business is located in the EU, if it has EU site visitors, or if one of our marketing campaigns target EU citizens, GDPR affects the protection and management of personal data.
This really should be looked at as a POSITIVE step enabling better clarity and understanding of who has your personal data, why they have it and what they use it for - in the EU its your fundamental right!
The protection and management of your data is very important to us and so we have reviewed our policies and processes accordingly.
